Sonja keeps a fast-moving technology company pointed in the right direction - bridging strategy and execution, keeping the management team aligned, and leading projects across operations, legal, HR, and information security. She has spent over a decade doing this at startups and scale-ups, including for Cudo Ventures and the digital asset start-up SCRYPT. Sonja holds an MSC in disaster management and resilience from Bournemouth University and a postgraduate diploma in online journalism.
