To get started, create a free account with Kyckr. Once you have verified your account, log in and in the Search tab choose the relevant country, enter a company name or number, click search to view all available documents and filings with their associated costs.

The information available for search and purchase depends on the corporate registry of the region / country you have selected. Documents available include Ownership and Control, Financials, Status and Solvency, Adverse Statements, Formation Documents and more.
In selected regions, you can also receive alerts when status or event changes occur to a company via our real-time online monitoring, Company Watch.
In addition, you can check VAT numbers, request new investigations and credit reports – all online within one platform.

No. Some documents / filings may only be available in the native language of the country you have selected.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, the document may not be available in the official register of your selected region. For new investigations and special requests, get in touch with our support team.

Once your order has been successful, you will receive an email summary of your purchase including next steps. Your ordered document(s) will be emailed to you as soon as they are available. You can also download these documents in your Profile > Purchase History within your Kyckr account. Please note, download links within your Purchase History will expire in 14 days.

If you have a VAT ID number registered through the European Commission, you may be eligible for a 0% tax rate on your Kyckr document purchases. You may enter your VAT number when signing up for a new Kyckr for Business account.

Most of Kyckr’s online documents are available instantly and delivered straight after your order has been submitted and been successful.
For certain regions delivery time can take longer and it is calculated by considering:
- The opening hours and delivery times of the selected registries
- Global time zone differences
New investigations / requests will take longer to process and expected delivery times will be advised by our support team.

Documents will be sent to your registered email address and are also available to view/download in Profile > Purchase History within your Kyckr account.

The progress of your order may be viewed under Profile > Purchase History.
- Pending status – The document is being processed
- Complete status – The order has been fulfilled and is available to view / download
