We are pleased to announce that we have added five new Beneficial Ownership Reports to the Kyckr registry network from the following jurisdictions: Austria, Denmark, Gibraltar, Luxembourg and Poland.
Including the UK and Ireland, Kyckr now offers UBO data in seven European jurisdictions that can be accessed via the Kyckr Registry Portal and the Kyckr API.
The reports contain the details of UBOs filed with the national corporate registry in each country. Like other Kyckr documents, they are retrieved in real-time from the registry at the time of your purchase, ensuring the information is current and legally authoritative.
Access to beneficial ownership reports will help regulated entities to satisfy legal obligations surrounding the verification of Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) at the point of onboarding, a key requirement arising from the EU's Fifth Anti Money-Laundering Directive (5AMLD). The Kyckr Registry Portal and API provide a single access point from which hard-to-reach information can be accessed from multiple jurisdictions, simplifying the often arduous process of public information gathering.
The upcoming launch of UBO Verify will further allow customers to automate the analysis of ownership structures in countries where UBO data is not provided by a national registry, and calculate beneficial ownership in seconds.
